High Street / Eastcourt - Methodist Chapels
This is the second chapel to be built in Burbage. The original chapel lies down a narrow lane leading from the church to the school playing fields. It was built in 1822 and remained in use until this fine structure opened in June 1907. It was closed in 1996 and now belongs to this my wife and I.

The Original Chapel built 1822. This view is as it is in 1998. In 1952 it was being used by the Women's Institute as their hall.
