Quiz time's answer : The earliest date of the photo on the Welcome Page is 1918. This can be determined by the presence of the War Shrine (to the left of the right most window) which was erected in that year, before the war had actually ended. This wooden work was replaced by a stone monument in the 1990s and it eventually found a new home in the Primary School where it still remains.
