To Sarah Westbury that house and garden situated at Sidlesham [? a village and parish 4 miles south of Chichester] in the county of Sussex provided that Sarah [who is his niece] pays £50 to his other niece Ann Bloomfield within 1 year and also pays £20 to his other niece Millicent Westbury.
To Robert's sister Elizabeth Westbury £90 "which is owed to me by my brother John Church of Burbage".
To nephew Robert Church of Hungerford in Berkshire, £5 "which money is owed to me by my brother John Church who stands owing me £96 in total.".
