- To nephew Giles Westbury those "2 acres of Chapter hold lands
called Culverhouse in a place called Kipson [? - there is a Kipson Bank in
Westhampnett, West Sussex but this lies 2 miles ENE of Chichester] in the
parish of Hunston [? a parish 2 miles south of Chichester] in the County of
Sussex." The land is given to Giles and his heirs provided he promises to give
within 1 year to Robert's niece Matilda Northcast [?] the sum of
£40.
- To Sarah Westbury that house and garden situated at Sidlesham
[? a village and parish 4 miles south of Chichester] in the county of Sussex
provided that Sarah [who is his niece] pays £50 to his other niece Ann
Bloomfield within 1 year and also pays £20 to his other niece Millicent
Westbury.
- To Robert's sister Elizabeth Westbury £90 "which is owed
to me by my brother John Church of Burbage".
- To nephew Robert Church of Hungerford in Berkshire, £5
"which money is owed to me by my brother John Church who stands owing me
£96 in total.".
- To sister Elizabeth Westbury all his other property and
chattels
