- First to Lord Bruce his 2 vote holding houses in Great Bedwyn;
one is untenanted and the other occupied by Thomas Farmer
- To nephew Thomas Ralfe for his long and faithful services,
£400
- On 24th March 1757 he and Alexander Powell sold 2 estates in
Westbury, Wiltshire, called Brook Farm and Lodgewood Farm to Dr Henry Hill for
£8050 for which he received £4977/11/0d and Alexander Power
received £3072/9/0d as their shares. However the conveyance has not been
completed yet so he appoints his friend William Tomkins of Collingbourne Ducis
and Thomas Robbs of the Strand, London to complete it
- As executors they are also to materialise the whole of his
estate and divide it equally between his 4 children - James Ralfe, Thomas
Ralfe, William Ralfe and Elizabeth Judith Ralfe - when they come of age.
- They are also to consult with Mr Powell as to a suitable
guardian for the minors and all 3 are to receive 20 guineas for their
trouble
- Witnessed by John Durnford, Thomas Webb and John Gregory
- Proven 27/06/1758 under the oaths of the Reverend William
Cornelius Clark and Thomas Robbs
